Adio Mare tavern was founded in 1974, and consists of three spaces that form a unique whole. The central part of the tavern is dominated by the kitchen, around which there are six tables and a recognizable charcoal grill.

Adio Mare tavern was founded in 1974, and consists of three spaces that form a unique whole. The central part of the tavern is dominated by the kitchen, around which there are six tables and a recognizable charcoal grill.
The second section is located in the beautiful setting of an old shipbuilding workshop, typical of Korčula. The tools can still be seen today on the taverns inner walls. The space was recently renovated and accommodates up to 14 guests. The third section is the terrace which was refurbished several years ago.
The guests usually have a hard time deciding between the central section where they can watch their meal being prepared or the heart of the tavern the interior of which takes us back to past times long gone, and many end up choosing the terrace where they can, while enjoying the gastronomy, watch the oldest church in Korčula St.Peters Church, or St. Marks cathedral or Marko Polo’s birth house.

A unique location for a unique gastronomic experience that was started 50 years ago by grandpa Cvijo, and continues with a lot of love and effort by Ana, Dado and Ante.
